Go have fun. Your people have your back.
A safety app for nights out, dates, walks home, concerts, and any plan where your friends should be able to look out for you without a group chat full of "you good?" It's free. Safety shouldn't cost money.
Said like louie.
on the way
For nights out, dates, the walk home, concerts, festivals, new cities, and parties. Coming soon.
a saturday
One session. Then you go live your night.
Tap a time. This is a Saturday with luey.
9:04
The group
You add the people you actually trust. Roommates, the group chat, family. Whoever starts the night sends the invite. Everyone else can say yes or no.
9:40
Start
One button. For as long as you want your people able to see you. One session at a time, and it does not keep running after the night is over.
10:15
Out
Bars, a date, the walk, a show, a city you don't know. While the session is on, your people can see where you are, and how fresh that spot is. When the session ends, sharing ends.
11:20
Quiet signal
Three taps means uncomfortable. The date got weird. You want to leave, and you don't want a scene. Your people get a quiet signal to pay attention.
How the quiet screen works12:05
I'm good
A quick I'm okay, so the friend who always checks can relax. If you miss it, that's a reason for them to look. It doesn't mean something terrible happened.
1:30
Home
You end the session. The map goes quiet. Tomorrow you can start another one.
the idea
Looking out for your friends should feel like part of a good night.
Go out. Be on the date. Take the walk. Your people are already there.
gestures
A few moves, when you need them.
These happen on a plain dark screen, while a session is on. The real hold is longer, so you don't start an emergency by accident.
Three taps
Something feels off. Your people get a quiet signal to check on you.
Press and hold
Emergency. Your group can see who needs help, and where you last were.
Two fingers
I'm good. One less "you home?" text.
luey does not call 911 for you. If you are in danger, contact emergency services.
giving
We hope to be more than an app.
A friendly app can still take this seriously. When we can give, we will. Until donations are set up here, please visit RAINN and End Rape on Campus and give directly to them.
